Hunter leads all phases of the company and represents both personal and corporate clients. With over 12 years of new and pre-owned home sales, flips, lot acquisitions and custom home marketing he offers rare expertise. Hunter is a Dallas native of Preston Hollow and is a graduate of St. Marks, Trinity Christian Academy and Baylor University. Hunter is married with one son and two daughters. Laura Williams Baynham oversees company operations and actively represents buyers and sellers. Laura brings high standards and a history of excellence to the team. She is another Dallas native from Preston Hollow and is a graduate of Trinity Christian Academy and SMU. Laura is married with two sons and four daughters and loves traveling with her husband, Matt. She is active in her church and serves the Plano Symphony Orchestra and National Charity League.
Stephonie Denton has been an agent at Hunter Dehn Realty since 2014. Prior to joining the HD team, Stephonie worked as an agent and personal assistant at Thurman Real Estate Partners. Stephonie is a graduate of Baylor University and is passionate about ensuring that the buyer/seller experience is enjoyable. Her warm, engaging personality and love of people complement her knowledge of real estate. Stephonie enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 children.
Israel Flores-Kook is an accomplished Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the prestigious Texas Real Estate Leadership Program (TRLP) with 13 years of active real estate experience. Israel’s areas of expertise include custom and production new construction, as well as buyer and seller representation for pre-owned home sales. Israel’s sophisticated knowledge and experience enables him to soundly advise clients on all aspects of the building process including land acquisition, elevation consultation and architectural selections. An insightful and seasoned negotiator, Israel takes pride in serving his clientele with unrivaled standards of excellence and integrity.
Broker & Director of Lot Acquisitions
Jim Johnson has 35 years of Brokerage and Banking experience. He was formerly the president and owner of a large bank that bought huge portfolios of properties from the RTC in the late 80’s and 90′. That led into a successful career as a land developer. Jim loves to look at, and analyze, land deals. Working with Hunter and the rest of the Team at the Hunter Dehn Group has been a great fit for him and his passion.
Clay has been in the residential real estate business for the past 14 years. He has represented clients to purchase and sell real estate primarily in the most exclusive areas in Dallas. He is very knowledgeable in contract negotiations, residential marketing, site selection and customer relationships. Clay graduated from the University of Texas and is married with two grown children.
As a real estate professional with Hunter Dehn Realty, Aaron Alexander is driven by his astute understanding of the current residential and financial markets. Aaron, a native of Dallas an d a graduate of SMU, was formerly a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Aaron was also a commercial real estate Leasing Agent at Thompson Realty where he was accountable for leasing over 1,000,000 square feet of office properties in the LBJ corridor and Las Colinas area markets.
